Cancellation + No Show policy.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service for all our valued clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel.

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or non-attendance without notice, will incur a $50 fee.

• This fee will be charged to the card securely held on file at the time of booking.
